Tiffany Haddish has a show on Netflix called “They Ready” that basically introduces comedians of color to the world. Many of these comedians are industry vets who don’t really get the recognition they deserve. The show has proven to have a global reach because of the NETFLIX platform.
According to fellow comedian Godfrey (video below) Tiffany took a pay cut to get him and others on the show. This is very rare in the world of comedy, which seems to be more of a dog eat dog industry.
